right job for you

what do you think if you are qualified in the job are applying but the company doesn't accept you to be their employee? whatwould you feel and would like to express your opinion on them, or just it pass and look another job?

when this happens for the first time then i may feel that there is some fault on my side and try to work even more. But even after if i got rejected then i would obviously ask those HR peoples whats the reason i am getting rejected , what things i must improve and what else can i do to join there their company.
But fortunately i got selected in a company and waiting for my joining date.
