it helps you to accomplish what one wishes to!!
it is more important than wealth in life!!
and the real wealth for all of us!!
what are you doing to maintain your self in the best of health?
walking , jogging , food supplements or other exercises ?
i depend upon little walk everyday!!
is it enough?

I try to follow my low carb diet most of the time and exercise at least four days a week. I am diabetic so I really have to watch what I do. I don't want to get any worse!
You are doing great to take care of yourself before getting any health problems.

I have gone back to making my freshly squeezed juices, which i think are the best thing people can do, I am trying to have two glasses a day of carrot, beetroot, ginger and celery a day, I always feel good after one of these drinks...

HI juhi, I agree that our health is the most important asset we have and should be given the best of care. One of the ways of doing this is to follow a good dietary plan. We should eat balanced meals, walk everyday and get enough sleep. Also keep active mentally as well as physically. Learn something new everyday no matter how small it might seem. Read, do puzzles, learn to knit. It doesn't matter, good mental health is very important. Blessings.

yes dear pose health is the most important asset!!
and the threat from all corners due to advancement in technology and more industrialisation we are suffering more due to pollution of noise, air water and now radiations of various kinds!
that is why we are seeing more cases of cancer, brain tumours and cardiac problems and the silent killer , the diabetes!!
wellsaid active involvement mentally is very important!!

Hi juhi06,
I eat healthy food and drink plenty of water and execises daily, I also take supplements for my joints and iron talbets for my blood as I am lacking in Iron.

I never skip my exercises. And right now since I have a lot of free time I do it for longer hours. Take up fresh juices and tender coconuts instead of all the junk food and chat items. Take up a lot of greens in my diet also. Have avoided sweets completely,I was a freak of gulab jamuns but have stopped them all Just love ur body and keep it healthy. Most of them are so health conscious these days!!

hi dear savitha_r86, good thing, exercise gives you something to start early and helps you to maintain the required flexibility and the rnergy levels high. next good thing that the type of food intake will determine the pressure on your digestive system and and the ultimate levels of toxins that need to be thrown out!!
the level of vegetables and no sweets determines well your sugar levels and the calorie count in check!!

for my health i eat at least 70% of my diet of fruits and vegetables this sounds boring but u see if u dont do this u will be the RICHEST MAN IN GRAVE YARD. so its great. also i eat one concentrated food at a time i mean if i have berger i dont have chips with it. so it is easier to digest. and one more thing at least 30 mins of exercise. so this is my secret...
