Are the judges being too harsh on the dancers?

It seems like the judges, Len especially, are unusually harsh on the couples this season. (I haven't heard them harping too much on lifts though, even though there sure have been some.) I mean, they let Lacey and Lance have it before! And they criticized the heck out of Rocco - I mean, a lot of it IS definitely warranted - but then why don't they treat Cloris and Susan the same? They both really stink, yet the judges walk on eggshells around them - I don't get it. I think they must pick their favorites or are told who should win and the rest of the dancers are just fill-ins? Do votes really count? (I quit going to the abc.com website because it's so loaded with adware, etc.) Far be it for me not to ask - who do you want to win? Who do you think will win?
I wish Warren & Kym would, but I think Brooke & Derik will. We'll see...

The order in which people are eliminated are purely popularity contests as far as I'm concerned. Cloris is purely a crowd pleaser. The lesser knowns are always the first to leave like the unknown model or sportscaster. But in the end, except for the first season, I believe the person who deserves to win DOES win. This season I think it will be Lance and Brooke in the end. Which one of them will win depends on who improves the most of over the next few weeks.
