My favorite chicken dish is creamed chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy. I take the cooked chicken and break it up, put it in a crockpot with cream of chicken soup, milk, butter, salt and pepper. Then once it is dinner time, take the mashed potatoes and homemade biscuits and top with the creamed chicken. I always serve with corn because I love corn mixed right in with my mashed potatoes. Sounds like a good meal to make this week.

I love Tropical Chicken. My mom makes the best. It's not exactly chicken alone. There's mashed potato on top, the chicken is boiled and then corn, cream and other ingredients are added to it. Really really yummy!
