I live in Australia, and it's not called the Lucky Country without good reason. New Zealand, just a few hundred miles away, is a very similar culture and probably in its own way more beautiful.
But if I had to leave Australia, there are only two places I would consider, neither of which I have visited, and they are Canada and Eire (Irish Republic). Both have very compatible cultures to mine. I love traditional Irish music and don't perform it too shabbily, so I'd have an immediate local connection through that. Canada just seems to be a beautiful country.

i'm from Canada and its a wonderful place to live without a doubt. I currently live in the U.S though. Where else would I want to live? Well I'd love to go back to Canada in all honesty but thats not realistic but I guess somewhere like Jamaica would be another place I'd want to live

Hello Ravenladyj, thank you for the heads up. I live in the Philippines and will be deployed in Dubai anytime soon to work in a hotel. It's easier to apply for Canada when I will be in Dubai and the experience of working in a hotel would be a great help. But also in all honesty, I want to come back to my hometown after I have done all these and I have elevated my life and my children's. It will be a journey but the goal would be to have a better life in my own country and help our economy. Thank you again.

I think I love New Zealand.
A very peaceful country with very beautiful land and environment. Their people are very interesting also.
