EZ Wealth solutions - is it a scam?

Everyone's raving about this new money-making opportunity but I still feel it's a scam. I signed up and took the tour but don't really get how it works. And you have to pay a minimum of $10. It just seems too god to be true. Has anyone joined the program or know anything about it? I don't want to pay even $10 if I'm going to get scammed. Can anyone advise me?
