Asking, seeking, knocking and searching for answers

I am seeking answers on how best to find my medical records. The clinic that I went to in Tampa, Florida back in 1989 is closed and I must find a way to get ahold of my medical records from then on up to the present. Any ideas on this will be sssoooo appreciated.
