i certainly do. i am currently a student, and i had taken medical leave for a week. when i view my classmate blog, to my horror, he posted that there were only 18 students in the class. it seems that i am non-existence. i am already thinking of dropping out of the class.
how about you? do you ever face situations like this?

Huh? I am confused. You took a day off class and people treat like you do not exist?
You attend the class because it is a requirement for your course? Or it is a course for leisure? Or is it an elective and not the core?
If you do not have friends in this particular class, you want to quit?
Why? Get the class over and done with and go on to the next. Why is there a need to drop out just because you do not have friends in this particular class?

I can imagine that you do feel left out and it is a horrible feeling. It really can hurt your pride and you feel alone. Yes, I have had this happen to me in life. I don't know why people were leaving me out and I always tried to be a good friend. Maybe I just wasn't the most popular person or something but I am still human.
I hope that you can come to get over this. I am sure that you are a great person and you will meet many more people. Maybe you should try to think first though before leaving the class. The work in the class might be something important that you should carry out. Do it for yourself, if anything.
