What the hell going on in sandra ..

Dear friends today i'm not been able to login to sandra clcik ,it is saying username password combination does not exist when i put my email id to retrieve password it is showing this email id also not exist..i can't understand what's going on?when i logged in to forum i found hundreds of complain regarding this,why this ..i'm very much doubt about the site's future.
