Traffic Exchanges - Do you surf daily and for how long

I am a member of several traffic exchanges and surf for at least half an hour daily but I still do not seem to be getting more referrals. How long do you surf? Do you just stick with one or two or do you have several?
I just need to be more efficient with my time and don't know how. Help?

I think these exchange sites won't get any active referrals to our site. Try to invite them in other means by chatting or anything.
You can invite mylotters to your referral site.
