judgement on sadam's case

do anyone over there think that "a man is having any rights to kill anyone, even he is a terrorists."for instance do you accept to hang sadam. i think its against nature. no one have any rights to take others life in his hand. usa attacked iraq to destroy iraq's biological weapons. but still the usa didnt find any weapons. but still they are giving virdict to sadams case. dont you think its more than human and cruel.
