Do your cats watch tv? I swear mine does. She will be sitting in front of the tv and will start pawing at the screen. Sometimes she starts turning her head from side to side like she is trying to figure it out. If I am watching animal planet she really gets into that. If she hears another cat on the tv her hair stands up and her tail gets puffy. She is very entertaining. Every once in a while she will just jump straight into the air for no reason.

The only time my cat pays attention to the TV is if the doorbell rings. He and the dog both get excited about that. They both assume it's my doorbell and are all atwitter. I used to have a cat though that would see somehow on TV using scissors and he would jump up and try to catch the scissors. I have some VCR tape that is supposed to keep the pets entertained in your abscence I dont know if I ever used it.

My cats get scared when somebody comes to the door. They are chickens when it comes to that.
