do you hate the people you work with?

we are only 15 people in our office so we are like family.... no body hates eachother, every body loves each other, one understand others feeling so we have comfortable to work

I love my co workers but detest the manager who is not at all a people person and has zero inter personal skills. He was a paper pusher before he was transfered and well, the rest is history. I am not alone. The people that I actually work with are awesome. We are like one big family. We support each other, help each other and have fun together. Liking the people that you work with is half the battle. If you don't like your co-workers, perhaps find another job. Life is way to short to have to work with people that you just can't stand. It is easier to just not associate with co workers if possible, so to avoid any conflict. Since you seem to dislike certain people you work with due to that they can not do the job, why not speak to their manager and explain. I bet management would really appreciate knowing. Sometimes when we have to work with people who are goofing off a lot and the rest of us are working our b hinds off, it can be very frustrating. Those with poor work ethics are usually rather immature as well. I would try to just avoid them as much as possible as it is obvious that they get on your nerves. Best to you!

Hi there quarvalsharess! I wouldn't really use the word hate as it is such a strong word. I must be honest though and I would admit that there are people in the workplace that irritate me. They are really annoying. They have certain attitudes that I dislike. They engage themselves in rumor mongering which I really do not approve of. I do not like such attitude. There are also some of them who do nothing but to boast a lot.

No of course not. Hate is such a strong word to be using. There are people I work with who don't work to my liking but who am I to judge? Just ignore the people you work with or learn some patience. Some people have no work ethic but what can you do about it? Nothing....they are who they are. If you "hate" them then maybe you should just find another job. Some other place where you will be happier!

I don't "hate" anybody i work with. I strongly dislike some of them tho. I work overnite in retail so i stock the shelves. The person that they have working my area when i am off is horrible at what he does. On my monday i always have to redo half the stuff he does in the back with the overstock and it is so annoying. He has been talked to about it and he just doesn't care. Oh well what can you do. We are kinda short handed now so we gotta make do. At least he gets things on the shelf.

Deciding about the brains of people working with you perhaps is the prerogative of the boss. However, we form our own opinion about others as others do about us. So far so good. But when it comes to having colleagues with principles lacking human qualities, it really pinches.But again more often than not one has to understand these principles and live with them or find ways and means of countering if these principles in conflict with your functioning or progress. Selecting them in any case is not your choice.

I would say that I am pretty happy with the people I work with at the moment. Even if there was soneone I had a problem with I would just fire them and look for someone else better suites to my needs.

There are some body I don't like,and I think he is different with me,but I don't hate him,we are comrade,and if we cant get good with each other,the we are all not happy when we work together,then we can't do a good job. I think we should respect each other,though some one with on brains,they want to want to do good work too,but they are helpfull,so we should help them,not hate them.

Actually I work from home and the person I work with is my husband so of course I don't hate him - . I enjoy working with him very much.....as he is my advisor, confidante and finance minister

There are one or two that I feel less comfortable working with but I dont hate any of them. As has been said already, hate is a very strong emotion. If I had such negative feelings towards colleagues, I would certainly be looking for a new job & probably wondering if the problem was with me rather than them? (But I always think everything's my fault )

one of my leader want me to find a job for his brother. i was so helpless to find a job for him. he want me to let my aucle also find a job for his old brother. i was angry that i let me to do that through my relation.

I dont hate anyone at work.Hate is a strong word,I amy dislike a few perrsons and its really their attitude that I dislike.I think my supervisors attitude can really be annoying at times but for the most part she is ok.

Yes sometime special the girl. To much make bad gossip, that why am just want close with guys. Guys never make gossip like a girls, make me more fee save to make friendship with guys.
