how to easily promote your site?

is there someone who knows how to easily promote a site? withing a month? or two? please tell me some secrets and tips, i really want to know it, :) thanks

There is no easy and inexspensive way to promote you site very quickly. You can either spend tons of time and hard work and increase traffic over time, or dish out a nice sum of cash for someone who already has established sites or is a site promoter to do it for you.

hmm, a personal blog site, or a mini web site, i have my site at www.emjozar.i.ph but so sad, i tried my best, but it's still N/A, when i check the page rank, don't know why, i have sent my site to search engines, and was receiving huge emails to my mailbox but so sad, still N/A as my page rank so im about to stop and about to create a blogger.com site.
