When I was little I always thought I would have been a teacher. I loved to sing and dance as well. For some reason I would alway go back to playing school. I remember I thought that Romper Room was the best show in the world. When I went to school, I would always take home all the books, papers, worksheets, etc. The stuff the teachers would throw away. My room looked like a classroom. ALl the kids wanted to play at my house. That is until I told them I WAS THE ONLY TEACHER IN MY SCHOOL! lol How about you? What were you going to be?

Goodness, I wanted to be so many different things when I was little. I pretty much went through the A-Z phase lmao. I was told that I could be anything I wanted to be, and I somehow decided that I wanted to be ALL of it. I couldn't watch tv without shouting "I want to be THAT when I grow up!" every 5 minutes. I still haven't totally decided what I want to be...still that kid who wants it all. :)

This is an area I am a little different to than most, I honestly didn't know what i wanted to do, I was not the cleverest kid and I honestly didn't htink I could do anything, no one told me there were options to learn, I guess I just didn't have one ounce of confidence, I hope kids of today don't ever feel this way today.

I fell somewhat in that place, myself. I was always told I was going to college, and due to my own hard work, I did for two years. I was book smart, socially dumb. I was raised to believe I would get married and my husband would take care of me. My real education began after I got married. Oh, I did want to be Scarlett O'Hara, when I was fourteen. No luck there, either.

I use to want to be a teacher when I was younger. I even taught my younger sister when we were kids. Of course she is over 6 years younger then I am. So before she started school I played like I was her teacher.

When I was a kid I want to be a barter girl, a Jeepney Driver, Bus Driver or a conductor in a bus. I used to arrange our dinning chair, like the position of chairs in the bus. I call my neighbor, invite her to come in my house to play. We play together with my younger brother. Sometimes we play like we our in a restaurant. My brother and I go to our neighbor's house and play. I choose to be a waitress or a cook and my brother acts always as our costumer. But of course it changed when I got much older. Now I want to be a doctor. But seems it will not happen. I'm studying computer engineering. Good Day!

I was going to be a secretary and work for a high powered boss and earn lot os money and have a car, posh clothes and all the trappings. The first job i had was a good job in an office them I went to the local council and worked in finance, got pregnant by my first husband and that was that , you did not work if you had a baby where i came from you were expected to look after your baby yourself, mind you I do not regret a moment of it ,after that I worked in offices as a temp but it was useless I missed my son so much my boss let me go. So I worked on farms and took him with me did cleaning and took all three of them with me through the years.Great.

When I was younger, I always wanted to be a teacher as well. I can always remember playing school, and writing out math problems and Spelling words as well. Right after I graduated from High School I went to College to try and get an Early Childhood Education degree, but found it was not for me. I did end up though getting a Clerical degree, and now use that to some extent in the job I am doing now. But there are still sometimes when I wish I could have been a teacher even still. Just to think how they can be rewarded watching the children grow and learn is great as well.

I liked playing teacher. I think playing teacher was the thing I really enjoyed playing the most. I loved writing on a chalk board and teaching things. That, and I also liked playing doctor with my dolls. I also like pretending to be a Vet as well. Let's just say there were a lot of things that I wanted to be when I was a child. The thing that won out however was teacher. :)

When I was a child I aspired to be a teacher as well. Growing up I then wanted to be a news anchorwoman. I thought it would be so cool to get to report to people everything that was happening. I could be the first one to tell people what was going on! So for a while I went back and forth between teacher and news anchorwoman, but realistically a teacher is and was more likely to be a job for me. And I think it would be a great job. : )

funny you brought this up, just yesterday we were talking amongst friends, I'm an hotelier now and wanted to be a doctor then and have the clinic at home, reason, i hated travelling to the work. it is so funny my home is so close to work now, i still hate travelling to work so nothing much changed, but then every year my goals had changed as I grew up, i wanted to be in Army, navy officer then pilot since my dad is one, then again doctor, then a matchmaker with ideas to open a worldwide chain...phew...I was busy thinking and dreaming and today I do so many things at a time, trying to catch up with my ambitions are not so easy...
LOL

i seriously always admired people that knew from a very young age what they wanted to do with their life. i unfortunately was not one of them, but i guess that is good because i tend to get bored very easily so i can re-invent myself fairly often and quickly.

When I was little I wanted to be a paleontologist. I loved to dig thins up in my back yard and read about prehistoric life. I was always assembling dinosour models and stuff like that while the other little girls in my class were playing dress up and with babarbies...(I admit that I was a pretty wierd kid but in my defense I grew up with 3 older brothers and 2 younger ones, I was surrounded by boys!) As a teenager I began writing (and still do) I decided I wanted to be a writer and a teacher....and those are the goals I am still persuing today. (I am also a Personal Trainer....which a career goal I achieved!)

i've always wanted to be a doctor. but since being a doctor is too expensive, i have been able to finish my nursing bachelor's degree. maybe if i would be able to get loads of money from my nursing career, i would be continuing my education to be neurosurgeon.
you know what's funny? my youngest sister wanted to be a garbage collector when she was 3. i guess the way the collectors collect the garbage fascinated her! haha. anyway my sister is crazy. after that she wanted to be a traffic enforcer. :D
KIDS!!!
