Well it is now 11:22pm and my neice has been taken to the university of alberta hospital. They do not know what it is but they have ruled out hemphelia and one other blood disorder but I cant remember the name.
I guess I should tell ya about the in between lol My sister took her daughter to the walk in clinic today to see a different doctor and he ordered blood tests. Well when my sister got my neice to the hospital here her family doctor was on and was extrememly pi$$ed off at the doctor that gave the cream because he didn't admit her for the bruising. SO the family doctor called the childrens hospital in Edmonton and sent pictures. When the doctors at the UofA(universtiy of alberta) saw them they told the family doctor that she was to be in edmonton tonight for testing. So they just left about 30 minutes ago.
Oh and it has also moved position which I thought was really weird. yesterday she had a ring around her mouth and today it is gone but she has a horseshoe shape of hives from one cheek to the other and surrounding her eyes.
I hope they figure out what this is. Why aren't all doctors the type to actually care? isn't that what being a doctor is about? or is all they care about now adays is money? I am just happy they are finally doing something to figure out what is going on.
I will attach a pic for others to see who have not seen my last post.

Thank you for your kind words hun. She is doing much better now. They gave her an epipen injection last night because the swelling was so bad they thought her throat might close. Now she is on steriods and benedryl. I saw her today and she looks 90% better she was still a little swollen biut nothing major and she still has the bruises. I'm just glad she is better.

Hi. I was just wondering what ever happened with your niece. My daughter is going through something similar and I'm wondering what the outcome was.

So I take it Eckville, Canada is in Alberta or do you not live anywhere near your sister? I live in Calgary and since I saw Calgary in your disucssion it immediately drew me to it. I have not one single friend here in mylot that lives in Calgary and I want some. I think it would be neat to talk to people who live where I live. I would maybe even meet them offline, maybe.
I hope your niece is better soon. I hope the doctors can figure it out. It sounds kind of weird and I have no idea what it could be. I am glad that she is being taken care of. By the way, the U of A is not in Edmonton, but in Calgary. Unless there is another one I don't know about, maybe?
Please keep us updated on this because it has really grabbed my couriosity.
