do you use wireless or wired mouse? i am using wired mouse now and i find them reacting faster than the wireless mouse i used previously? do u experience the same? what are other pro and cons of these 2 kind of mouse apart from doing away with the wire which make it look neater.

both served the same purpose so as long as u do not mind. maybe u would have a feel of the wireless mouse in future and u can see if there is a diff. happy posting

wireless is extremely useful when u face space constraint but not forgetting that u also need a space to place the infra red sensor. wireless add to the neatness on your computer table and i can only find that as it only advantage. apart from that, its cost is higher, shorter battery life span, slower reaction time compared to wired mouse and at time suffered a lag in response due to weak sensor connection

I am more comfortable with wired mouse since sometimes i really find the wireless to respond more slower than the wired one. But in terms of durability I see the wireless is much better for as long as you have a strong battery in it. What I usually see for wired ones is that the first to break down since you constantly move them sometimes its their wire that gets easily broken so they are the ones to break down easily than the wireless one.

I use wired mouse on my desktop. Though wireless mouse is looks the neater, i always find them slower in reaction than wired this is because of the range of your device and also because of the charge. Now i am used to my laptop touchpad. But still i prefer to use shortcuts than using mouse.

i guess each has their own preference. i am never good with touchpad and i gave up using them when i had my laptop sometimes ago. i would still use a mouse together with a laptop...haha.

i use the touch pad of the laptop but as for my desktop i have both wireless and cord mouse but i switched to wired as i find the wireless a lot slower and it takes some time to respond while the wired is volatile and yes the wireless lets you use the computer from some distance and that is why i have it too or i use the remote desktop.

yes, i guess it is a trade off between convenience and operationality. in this instance, i would choose operationality which is the wired mouse. i prefer my mouse to be responsive rather than suffering time lag....

I have been using a wired mouse all these years. Have not had a chance to use a wireless one. So,i'll not be able to mention the pros and cons of both
Cheers

maybe it is good to stick to it as i feel wired mouse is better than wireless mouse. less hassle and problems apart from the wire free factor

yes. the batteries die quite easily and the signal get affected as the battery goes weak which made wireless mouse less attractive in my opinion. changing the battery can be a hassle esp when u are a heavy user

I think wireless is neater, but if your desktop is not spacious.
i think a wired mouse is better and less expensive.
