what will happen to non-christians after they die? will God condemn them? will they go to hell because they did not follow Jesus Christ?
dont you ever wonder why is it that there are so many religions in this world not only the existing ones today but also the extinct religions of the past.
Top 10 organized religions in the world, from infoplease.com:

As a Baha'i I believe that all the major religions are from God therefore God will care for people of all religions. I also believe that God will take care of those who do not have an organized religion that they adhere to. God loves everyone. We are all children of God. I do not know what will happen to anyone, including myself when they leave this world but I trust that God will help us and protect us. Different religions exist because at different times and places humanity had different needs and God fulfilled them all.

Ya, I only say major religions because if I just say all religions someone always brings those up. lol. I don't want to give people the impression that we support those kind of groups because we definitely do not. However, we do strongly promote religious freedom as long as no one is being hurt by religious acts.

First off I foud myself struggling to decide whether to just rate you negatively or whether to report this discussion as offensive. I decided a - would do.
If there were such a place as Hell I think your Non-Christian attitude would land you there. Quit worrying about what others believe and take a close look at yourself. Your expressed attitude does not reflect a Christan nature.

How I hate it when someone is right but you are. I stand corrected. I misread the post and responded inappropriately. Now I am going to have to go around and rate the poster positivity on a few posts even if I do disagree with him. Thanks for calling it to my attention.

You kindly read the website evilbible . com and you will come to know who will go to hell..
I really did not know that Bible has too much cruelty.. It is the Second most cruellest holy(so called) book..
After going through that website you will come to know whose followers will go to the hell.

i can proudly stand up and say i dont follow jesus. may be he needs me for better guidance. there is nothing called hell or heaven. 1/3rd of humanity do not believe in jesus. probably they got a better option than what jesus and christians have. all that jesus said was just repeat of what Gautam Budha preached 500 years before and people earlier to him have said. jesus was just a repeater, no originality in him.
so far no one has pointed out the exact location of hell or heaven. it must have had its origin in the minds of a deranged man.

I do not like to comment anything bad about any of the relegions as I respect almost every relegion. I feel that everyone says to do good and not to do bad things. The difference is only the way you practice it.
Being a buddhist I think When you do bad things you go to hell and when you do good things you go to heaven. This hell and heaven both are among us. The poor people who does not have anything and also living a misserable life are living in hell. And the rich and people who are living a happy life is living in heaven.
I may be wrong but I feel this hell and heaven both are in this world and we live in one of them.

That is awesome. I did not know Buddhist felt that way. The idea that heaven and hell can be experienced in both this world and the next is also a Teaching of my religion, the Baha'i Faith.

hi
the problem isn't with christian/hindus or other religions. It's how do we look at it. Spirituality is what is important. The one and only one Spirituality had been propagated by different great souls according to necessity of the man kind. That acts of those great souls are known as religions. Now we have forgot the spirituality which is core of all the religion. We bother about something which we can easily ignore. Bring everyone to Christ to get HIS love doesn't mean that one needs to be converted to christian. Who'll go to hell or heaven, doesn't depend on religion. It depends on spirituality. All the religions clearly mentions importance of purifying one's soul. To purify one's soul, one may follow buddism or muslim religion. All of us claim that our religion is the best, it leads to heaven, rest will be dumped in hell. Just from the no. you have given, imagine the size of the hell. It's growing in size everyday. Hell and heaven are just opposite, in nature opposite attracts. So hell will attract heaven and everything is messed up.
So better we perform our duties and learn to respect human being without identifying his/her religion. Jesus loves all - HE loves christians, buddhists, muslims... everyone. God never distinguishes as HE has created all of us.

Don't judge other people so that you won't be judged. Buddhists, Jews, Hindus, and people of other religions, Christians and non-Christians alike, for that matter, will be judged according to what they did. Let us not base the truthfulness of a religion according to numbers. Let us not forget that when Jesus Christ started teaching, he had only a handful followers. It is not a question of "how many" but "is it the truth".
