Help! Baby 101

hi fella myLotters. I am very happy and my family when the first grandchild was born last February 25th. My niece is almost eight months old. I learned how to feed her, change her diapers, sing lullabye and baby songs for her, teach her to clap hands, wave goodbye, kiss on the cheek, and count from 0-9. She would look at me intently (without blinking with those cute, little baby eyes) and when I stop demonstrating like clapping hands. She would then do it by herself. She learns fast. I would like to know more about a baby's development so that I could understand better what my baby niece is going through. I am new to this one. Do you have favorite website about babies where I could get more information? Would you like to share? Many thanks.
