Forex is typically buy and sell. You buy a currency for a cheaper price and sell it afterward when the price increases. This can be quite complicated and requires much timing. Currencies rise and drop throughout the day. You need to know when the currency will hit low and when will it hit high. That all I know about forex. I hope many experts would clarify this.
