in my opinion ,smile to everybody is very important.smile means polite and lovey.even somebody who don't like you so much ,they are also liking you smiling to him.i always smile to my friends,teachers and also stranger,maybe somebody think i am a fool.but i don't agree it .when i smile to others ,i find that i enjoy it whichh make me happy very much .so is there somebody agree with me ?

Yes, smile and the world smiles with you. Even when you're stressed but you see some one smiling the genuine smile seems your tiredness disappears.
You can smile when it's cloudy or fair and you can smile anytime any where... well this is part of a song

when you cann't answer what your teacher's question ,you smile.and what is your teacher's response?didn't she blame on you?

Yes with a little smile anything can happen. People will tend to be friendlier toward you if you smile.
