What do you think of people who misuse office facilities

Personally I hate that sort.
They misuse office phone, stationary, computer every thing they can lay their hands upon. They think as it is their birth right to waste office money.
What do you think of these sort of people?

Im an employer, so who ever would do that would basicly steal from me. I havent noticed anything missing, but im sure everyone does that in a way. Of course if any of this would come too far I would stop it.
Im all for fair play, even when it comes to employee - employer relations. But thats just me, I dont like strickly proffessional relations at work, we all are also friends to some extand. All I ask of them is to do their job as it needs to be done and if they are doing that to my expactations I do overlook some other minor things. But if the job isnt done the way it should be and I see people taking advantage of me then I get strict...really strict :)

i think that basically, its just because... it's there why they take it or whatever. i mean say your bored and theres a phone infront of you, you think automatically 'o yes i could ring .....'
