i tend to avoid the cheapest items, unless they are on clearance, as cheap = low quality and that means i'll just have to replace it quicker. you really do get what you pay for. i do shop at discount stores like ross and tjmaxx and i tend to still gravitate towards the clearance. my weakness is jeans, if i see a pair of levi's for under 20 bucks in my size, odds are good they are coming home with me!

I don't really care about quality or brand names. I am very frugal by nature and I will go after any bargain there is. In fact, I got a purse at a dollar store once. Would you believe it! The first day of school, while I was walking, the handle broke, then the other right after. I was pretty embarrassed, but nobody noticed and I made it through the day. I got something much better later! I guess you really do have to pay attention to the quality and function of a product if you're going to use it everyday.

i personally choose for quality. then i choose among the best qualities, which one give the best price. i prefer the best buy in terms of quality and price. my reason is that, even though you pay cheap for less quality items, but then you'll regret it int the future. but with high quality, even though more expensive than the less quality, but you wont regret. so the best way to get excellent quality with less price, shopping during sale~
