I was thinking about this for a quite a long time
.I wonder whether its possible for us create two paypal accounts from a single computer.Whether they are also monitoring our IP address.Tell me the possibility of me having two paypal accounts.

I thought of creating a paypal account for my sister,so that I can get transfer my money to that account and I can cash it.As my sister is having the credit card and the paypal verified bank account in India which is necessary for me to get my money.

Have her create her own account. You can still give her money.

Its possible,but the problem is my sister is a bit lazy.And she wont create the account,unless I do that for her.

Paypal allows the users to have two PalPal accounts:one for Premier/Business,and the other is personal
If you only have one account,you can sign up a new

It seems that you have gotten your answer. You can have two accounts. You can have a personal and a premier in your name. Or you can have multiple accounts in different names. But I want to add that you cannot share a bank account across the paypal accounts. They will allow you to use one bank account for one paypal account, period.

i think you already have your answer. i have two paypal accounts, i have a personal one and a premier account. so yes you can have two no matter the reason.

My friend I am not one hundred percent sure but I think that you can have as many PayPal accounts from a computer as you want,you just have to use a different email address for each PayPal account to create it,because that is like one of the rules that PayPal has,like I said I am not completely sure but I would definitely recommend checking out the questions and answers for PayPal because you might find more information for the question you seek.

You have all the answers that you need. I trust that if you have created an account for your sister, you are using different passwords.
