Cure for Acne?

Acne stresses me out! Which causes more acne!! There are many products out there that claim to cure acne problems like Proactive. I have heard many stories of how it works and how it doesn't, I guess everybody's skin is different. I was thinking of trying Skin ID. Right now I am using Clean & Clear which seems to be working slowly. Does anyone else have a problem with adult acne?? DO you have acne in other places, like your shoulders and back? How do you treat this problem?
