What will be the progress in IT filed in INDIA after 20015

Many investment banks and financial companys had a lay off in the last 2 weeks
do u people think it will affect the IT industry in India as a whole , since most of the projects and outsourcing works are carried out in india... so the Economy of the US market will effect the Indian IT industry
