I feel Beyonce has had a better base in music in terms of experience. Also she has won many awards. Rihanna has just tasted first blood, her music is faboulous, people love it like crazy and moreover love her like crazy. When it comes to looks, I would rate Beyonce 8/10 and Rihanna 8.5/10. When it comes to music, I think Rihanna has more variety in her songs and flexibility in her voice. When its all about bling bling fame, obviously Beyonce has had more screen time, more albums and much loyal if not bigger fan following. So I guess its 2-1 with Rihanna stealing the show for tonight.

Ya Beyonce's fan base is higher and most people like her better but me personally i think Rihanna is better ill give Beyonce 8/10 Rihanna 9.5/10 thats my opinion.
