I got to Timmys almost everyday , during the summer I take my oldest daughter, she is 9, to Tim Horton.. Everytime we go shes always wanting an Ice Cap but i never let her because i dont belive in giving kids so much caffein, and i mean apple and peach juice u can get at any store!.. I think Tim Hortons should come up with some sorta unique frozen beverage for children or serve possibly ice cream..mmm fruit smoothies. anybody agree with me?

I doubt the Iced Cap has very much in the way of actual caffeine or even actual coffee. It's most likely a coffee flavored syrup that they're putting in those iced caps. In fact, I did a search and this is what I found on a food forum.
"I would like to make it clear that there is no coffee whatsoever in the icecap. I am a supervisor at a Vancouver location. The ice cap consists of a very thick artificial coffee syrup, ice and cream, nothing more."
A lot of Tim Hortons are now attached to Wendy's, so you could always get a coffee for you and a Frosty for her. It's probably no healthier, because both are loaded with sugar, but it comes in smaller sizes than the iced caps do.
