Hi there. tea and coffee both refresh people a lot. Actually they do it by making people awake. Add sugar and you have a nice cup of tea. Do you ever want to drink tea when the regular time of tea drinking is over?

Hi there. I am also not a tea drinker. I take coffee only as courtesy offer. Both are bitter. They contain alkaloids. There are no proven health benefits in either of them. Only benefit is insomnia for examinees. Benefit to heart is just not supported by any real or widely conducted research. So if you are aware of any such research please enlighten me.

I have been a tea drinker for almost 2 decades already and I'm just used to its unpleasant taste and odor. I used it before to regulate my weight but I'm using it now for health benefits. I drink cofee in the morning and a cup of tea in the evening.

I love drinking tea but not usually plain tea. I like it iced tea with lemon or calamansi instead of drinking softdrinks.Tea is contains anti oxidants called "catechins", and also caffiene. This is a good stimulant for those who wants to stay awake. You can milk tea.Lipton milk tea with vanilla is my favorite.I drink that during the night when I'm busy in front of my laptop.

Personally, I drink about six or seven large mugs of Jasmine tea a day. But I also like normal tea - that is to say bog standard builder's tea which everyone drinks in the UK but which seems impossible to get elsewhere... Tea (normal tea, that is) is a funny drink. Everybody has the particular way they like it, and for many people the tiniest deviation results in something they want to spit out. I suspect that many people who don't like tea just haven't found 'their' way yet

It depends on the tea you drink;. Now I do not like black tea that has been steeped a long time and it does seem bitter. It also gives me a headache. I cannot take the tanin in it. However, I love green tea as long as it is steeped for the maximum of five minutes. There are also Earl Gray Tea, English Breakfast Tea, etc. You may have not found the right blend or the right type of tea and may have not steeped in properly.

Not that found of ice tea. It tastes a bit too sweet to me. I would rather have lemonade. I also love herb teas, especially lemon tea and peppermint tea. I tried licorace tea, and chamomile tea, and ginger tea. But right now it is mainly black coffee and green tea, green tea mostly in the morning.

Yes, I do drink tea. Especially, the green tea. When I travel to Japan, I drink the Japanese green tea every day. I have even become addicted to the green tea. I like the taste, and I like the health benefit of it too.

I am not a hot tea drinker but would like to develop the habit, especially green tea but I have not been able to find any I like. I would like to find a tea that soothes the stomach. I find myself drinking liquids a lot because of dry mouth so I need to be drinking something that is good for me. I also like coffee and drink it of the morning. I have cut down on my coffee drinking, I was drinking entirely too much.I have several different types of green tea in my cabinet but do not like any of them.

I drink tea twice a week. It's really good for your health. But don't drink tea when you hungry or when you full, also not to drink in the late night. If you don't like, don't force yourself to be familiar. If someone forces you, just tell them that you have other sources of nutrition good for health like fruits and vegetables. Anyway, drinking tea is a good habit. When I was young I didn't like tea as well, but when I saw my father was drinking too much tea then I learnt from him this habit.

I am a huge tea drinker. I drink it all day long. Tea is suppose to be very healthy for you. Tea is bitter if you don't put sugar in it. Some people don' t use sugar or milk but I use both. I drink english breakfast tea, and green tea. The green tea I don't put milk in just sugar. I only drink the green tea when I am not feeling well though. It settles upset stomaches. You should drink tea more often and put a little sugar in it. Some people also put lemon in it.

I never used to drink tea before marriage as my parents never liked its taste with the result we kids also didn't like. But after marriage everybody at my in-laws place used to take quite a few times in a day. I started feeling out of place as everybody would be enjoying their tea. So gradually I developed its taste and now I drink regularly one cup in the morning and one in the evening.

I love hot tea in the morning with lots of sugar in it. I'm having a cup right now. I don't worry about any health benefits. I just like it so I drink it. I don't go for the fancy high priced stuff though. I use the plain ole orange pekoe. I can buy 100 single cup bags for $1 and that is several times cheaper than coffee. I still have a cup of coffee up later in the morning. I think the tea kick starts my heart early in the morning.
