do you want old discussions to be deleted?

i've noticed about people who complain from time to time about the repetitive discussions posted by just anybody here on mylot. so, would you rather have the old discussions deleted or would you choose to have some discussions posted again and again?

Mylot have no policy to delete the old discussions.. It will delete the discussions which is against the mylot guidelines..
In none of the places mylot indicates that any of our discussions will get it expires in stipulated period or something, and it will get deleted after that.. like the bulk folder e-mails in our Gmail will get it deleted automatically with in 30 days.
Mylot will have its eye for delete the discussions where ever our members post the discussions which may against the guidelines of the mylot.
If you see the discussion with no responses, you can find lots of discussion which has been raised in very long back.. and if you search for the any of the old topic of the discussion through the search bar, you will get the discussions which has been raised even before two years or more..
So, i will not accept that mylot will get it delete the old discussions.. Even though if any of the discussions post in the same topic.. mylot will not get delete those discussions.. because i have seen lots of discussions under the title of cell phone, and the mobile phone, even you can see now, in these headlines, lots of discussions are under the same catagory, which has been raised a very longer period and the latest discussions also there.. nothing get deleted..

i wasn't asking about the policy because i know mylot doesn't delete discussions when it's not against the guidlines. what i was asking was your opinion whether you would want them to be deleted at some point in time so there would be room for more discussions and people who complain wouldn't see discussions posted again and again. thanks for sharing anyway. happy mylotting.

Keeping all those discussions here in the system is advantage for the new members, even all the members to have more options to select the more discussions in the same topic, and respond them..
this will help the members to earn more.. Keeping more discussions under the same topic is always help us..

Actually time will make us forget of a particular discussion, anyways, I am just wondering of the implication in erasing the previous discussions will that mean that there will be deductions from our earnings?

Well, i do not want old discussions to be deleted... because if the mylot admin will do that... then our number of post will decrease... and that is not a good thing... since most of us here want the number to increase rather than to decrease...

i think discussions here on myLot repeats from time to time.
sometimes fresh discussions that are being posted may or may not be posted a month ago, or even a day ago. we just can't tell because of the volume of new discussions.
i do feel that old discussions with a similar point from the new one should be at least removed.
well that's just my opinion, i don't know if that would be fair enough,what do you think?

i really think it's okay to have the really old discussions deleted though it should be deducted from our earnings. lol. it's one way to stop others from complaining. sometimes, we really can't help but somehow repeat previously posted discussions.=D

ya.this is i want to.i want to delete the discussion that is worthless for me.sometimes i even want to delete my responses and comments.i hope mylot will add this feature
