ciao blocked my user id what i do now? please help

One of my friends user ids are also blocked by ciao but now what will happened to them ?

Hi CIAO is blocking members account for copy pasting from other source i think ,because two of my friends accounts also blocked by them i'm really fearing because everybody taking help from net.
