What's your Workout regime?

I'm trying to lose about 10 lbs, but I would also like to gain some muscle. I run a lot, do some core exercises, and list weights, but haven't lost any weight. What worked for you?

Er...I've never had a goal to lose weight before, I've only ever exercised with the goal of some decent muscles in mind.
So I have no idea whether this will work for you.
I tend to exercise twice a week.
I don't do any one exercise consistently, most often I'll practices punches and kicks in the air, or on the furniture or with my swords and knives.
But I also frequently go for walks, runs, and stretching exercises.
Less often, but still often enough to mention I'll do push-ups, sit-ups, and tai chi.
I've stayed consistently around 98-104 pounds, but then I'm five feet tall and just a little thing anyway. I can't tell you exactly, because I don't own a scale.
Muscle mass, btw, is naturally heavier than non-muscle mass...so working to gain muscle and wanting to lose weight may not exactly be in sync for you.
