When i started the last discussion, i came across another question--how to keep young and fit. I mentioned, i am three years older than my husband. What is worse, i look older than him, now. i can't imagine the situation of many years later. I may look much older than him, because his looks or appearance doesn't almost change since he was 17. But since he was 17, i have changed a lot--getting older and my hair falls much. What should I do? Do you have any good suggestions to keep young and fit?

First, if your hair is falling out you need to stop using commercial shampoo!! Make a thin paste of water and baking soda and you will have clean hair that shines. Or use shampoo without sodium lauryl sulfate. That is engine degreaser that they put in shampoo to make it lather nice and it destroys your hair follicles!
Secondly, moisturize your face!!! You won't have a lot of wrinkles if you get a good moisturizer and use it every day. Wrinkles come from dry skin and the sun. You need to drink lots of water and use a moisturizer. And stay out of the sun!
My mom is 83, I'm 54 and people think she's my older sister. Because she always took care of her face--cleansed it each day and used moisturizer. She has very few wrinkles.
