Do you say - I love animals only at zoo? Why?

I have come across many who say that they love animals only at zoo. i don't know the reason for that though. some of the pets are very good to have and live with especially the dogs are very good pets. i have one of them, a pomerian. similarly many have cats and they love it. i have fishes at home and maintain a fish tank full of them. Some love birds and they love spending some time with it everyday.
Then why do some or many people say like this? What is your feeling on having animals? Why do you feel some say so?

hello frnd...i don't know y others say like this but i say this becaue i m very much afraid of animals and i wanna see them in zoo only not just bcoz i m afraid but also as we live in our home...zoo r their home..

I guess they only like those animals which cant be kept as pets ^_^ Everybody has got different liking for pets, ple can be like u, having fishes, cats or dogs for pets because u like them.. BUt for some ple, like me, likes to have a monkey for pet, but i cant have them.. ANd the only place to see them, it's only in the zoo.. Thus, i can only say i love animals in the zoo.. lol

I'm not sure why people say that. I guess they do not want to take care of any animals. I have a Pomeranian, hamster and goldfish in our pond outside also. I love alot of animals.

The animals are cool in jungle because that is their natural home and in the natural home they show you the real adventure not in zoo.
