When someone told me I could make $100 per referral I called them crazy. But when they explained how it worked and walked me through it I thought "I can't believe I did not see this before"
What I found is that my referrals do much beter in ANY program when I mentor them instead of just let them go. I think so often that we tend to get a referral and "Hope" that they succeed. What I found, however, is that if I help THEM succeed I succeed.
Mentoring is the key to Online business success. Without it, it will most likely fail. One of the keys to mentoring is teaching the person you mentor how to mentor others. I have found this success to be true in EVERY venture. From PTC's to GPT's and other more lucrative ventures. Not mention life itself.
Have you found that you do better at a venture when you have been mentored? What do you think makes that difference?

You are so true. Let me tell you I invested into an online home business about 2 years ago. I was approached by 2 different people to go into their downline. The first was an acquaintance the other a family member. I had a hard time choosing so I finally just went under my family member. The problem is the family member is in a different state. I get some help from them but it is limited secondary to distance. I wish that I had more help from them. I keep the business for the tax deductions and discounted travel. It is a very lucrative business, but I do not make the second income that I could be making. Having a mentor helps a lot.

That it does. I find about 5 people to mentor each month. I then teach them how do what I do and I make about $500 a month just from mentorring them. They in turn get paid $100 in just a few days. You see I actually pay them to be mentorred by me. In doing so they and I both get paid. Without the mentoring, they get burnt out and I get disappointed. It is a great way to earn, mentoring.

Wow that return per referal sounds incredible
...it's seems so logical as well to do this. Thanks for your advice will definately try this in the future. The only problem I have now is finding people who want to be refered

Yes, you do have to work at getting referrals. Friends, if they look up to you, are agreat way to start.

If this is really true, I would very much glad to join. I want to learn how to success in internet business. Actually I have never heard of the mentoring program like this. Is it new or has it been around long but I haven't noticed about it before? Anyway I feel so lucky because I found your discussion today. I would spare some time to look around for this mentoring information on the internet. I hope this really works. Thanks.
