I suggest that you use a personal starter account because it won't charge you any fees for receiving money. Personal pro account is for business users only who needs to accept credit card payments and it charges fees for both instant payments through alertpay or credit card. Hope this helps!

I have a personal starter account. I think its the best for receiving money. They will charge you only when you withdraw the money to your bank. There won't be any charges each time you receive money from the online sites. You can also read them in deatil in the alertpay website. Just a word of caution - some scammers are sending emails with the exact design of the alertpay. So be careful and check the webaddress before giving your password.
