My parents bought the farm...

...no, not like that! They bought 17 acres of land just outside of town! It's going to be the family farm but none of us our actually living there. We have friends who are basically going to sharecrop the land. We've already bought 5 goats, started the garden and picked out the spot for the orchard. Very exciting!

Yes, in Dale. The soil is sandy and beautiful...I'm on all clay and my parents are on shallow soil with caliche.
