Best month on Helium

I was amazed when I received my payout for the month. I made $138. That's the best I've done using Helium. If you use Helium, what has been your best month? Have you ever won any contests? Come and share your Helium story!

I don't think that I've done well on Helium. I'm not sure that I'm doing it right. I have submitted writing, but I think that I have earned a penny? I think it's from how many people view your work as well as how well they rate it, but I'm not sure. So, I don't really use it anymore. :(

Thanks for taking the time to reply. I'm sorry to hear that you haven't had much luck. Sometimes the topic you choose can make a difference. It does take some time. You also want to make sure it all looks good. Be sure to proof read everything before you submit. Ratings do have a lot to do with it. Depends. You can try the Marketplace.

I have earned nearly $300 at Helium since I started a few months ago. I have been paid four times and in my best month I received more than $100.
I have never won top place in a contest, but I did win money for coming second in one of them.
Most of my money comes from Marketplace articles bought by online publishers. I still have a few in process and I'm hoping these will add something to this month's earnings. I have already reached minimum payout for the month.
I received $73 from Helium at the start of October, this included Reward-athon and Writers Stimulus earnings, plus my regular earnings. I have published more than a hundred articles at Helium, and these keep on earning money for me every day.
