Is a second e-mail necessary?

Dear Mylotters,
I'm going to join a lot of ptc sites which I never knew about until I joined
Mylot. It's a good way to make some extra cash. Do I need a 2nd e-mail for these
sites to sign up for offers and so on or is my current e-mail ok?
Also is there any danger in joining these sites?

i think it is good to get a 2ncd email adress, because although alot of them say they wont send you spam, u end up getting ALOT of spam!
