How do you select a new avatar through the silly browser thingy?

Hello again, my lot buddies! How do you select a new avatar through the silly browser thing on my lot? I am really bored with this original one.
Quite frankly it sucks! I am not very good with computers and so this browser thing,..and actually moving the photo to the little box thingy it's just not workin' folk's!! Help me out here. I found only a minimal selection of photos in my browser area and I am not sure if I want to put my own picture in here or not? Not to mention I do not think that I have any recent pictures of myself.
"I need the selecting the new avatar on my lot for dummies edition please," "not the hi! I'm a genius bow down and worship me version please?!!"..

Hi Ruth77777, you can search the internet for free avatars. There are hundreds of all different types on it. That's where I got mine...not that everybody might like my taste although I intend changing it in the near future. There are just so many to choose from that I can't make up my mind which to use. Best of luck and I hope you will find a suitable one.
