answer is very easy.........its tupac shakur........greatest rapper of all time.he was far better than biggie.he was the greatest lyricist of all time...so i think tupac is better...

Well, Biggie is from the East Coast while Tupac is from the west coast.. I like them both.. I like both sides of the town.. No one is better.. They both rap on their own styles and they rap differently based on their areas..
