How to withdraw Paypal funds in the Philippines

I’m not that familiar using Paypal services. I know that withdrawing funds in paypal account can be done thru banks and atm. The problem is I don’t know which bank here in the Philippines is the best for paypal. Can anyone suggest a bank and also an ATM that is best for paypal. Please do respond as I am badly in need to know this matter. For Filipinos out there please help.

In my PayPal account, I have used Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) and Citibank to verify my PayPal. However, I don't like to withdraw the money because of the PayPal fees but instead use the money in transacting business online such as paying for domain, hosting, shopping, etc.

Hi there, like other members had mentioned, visit any western union branch and apply for EON card cyber account. It takes 2 weeks before the card will be released and you need to pay for php 350.00 annual fee, see to it to deposit at least php 200.00 for verifying you paypal account, that's when you already get your EON card...then read the guidelines....
