Does anyone ever think that your dreams could be someone elses reality?

I have always wondered if my dreams could be my alter egos reality. I mean sometimes they are so realistic and detailed. It almost seems real. I dream of people that I have never met, but know in my dreams. I even dream about a different husband. Does anyone else have these experiences? Are they simply my unconscience bringing forth desires that I cannot express any other way? If it is my unconscience, then why do I dream of people I have never met?

I also dream about people I don't know. I also had a very detailed dream 2 nights ago. Most times when I dream about people I know 60 percent of the time it really happens.

Well, if that's true then my alter ego can fly! My dreams are always silly and nonsensical so I don't think this would be the case for me. Very interesting idea though. I know in my dreams there are often places that seem so familiar, like I've been there before; but I can never remember where they actually are, or if they do exist. They just seem so real.
