Recipe to Piccadilly's baked chicken

Does anyone know the Real Recipe to Piccadilly's cafeteria baked chicken? it comes with gravy. (the gravy is a soft orangish color but the gravy is thick)it is soooo good. and i have searched for the recipe online and cannot find it.

I found what appears to be the recipe you seek. It was on a site called uncle Phaedrus, finder of lost recipes... and it yields 40 portions, so you will have to break the recipe down to accommodate you. Hope I have been of some help to you.
