Hello shenqixu! Chemical engineering is a very hard course? I have my boardmates who is studying chemical engineering too and he is always open to say how hard the subject is. He was even the valedictorian when he was in highschool. I guess all you have to study about chemicals, chemical reactions and something. By the way, are you chemical engineer?

HEllo Aisa, Yes, it is really hard but not very, ....i have beening studied it for seven years..Now i am reading my doctor degree, and I still major in chemical engineerig, however, my research is more professional, deeply...
When i was in college, i majorred in Chemical Engineering.. i had to learn a lot of things, chemicals ,chemical reactions, chemical equations..Understanding reaction mechanism, deducing reacion equations, remembering the molecular formula of different types of materials, it is so boring,,But i remember the words, "where there is a will, there is a way",and "no pains,no gains"".. i kept it up and i succeed.,,, now, i feel i begin to love it,,After all, it has accompanyed me so many years, i feel a little sad when let me leave it.. ,,
Maybe I will be a chemical engineer when i accomplish my doctor degree, Now i just a student, there are a lot of knowledges that i have to learn..

it is an excellent major. it is chemical engineers that create technology such as batteries. it isnt electrical engineers that make batteries, electrical engineers are the ones who use the batteries for different things. inside batteries is chemicals so therefore it is a chemical engineer's job. as you probably know, the need for electrical car is in high demand and the only obstacle is the lack of a source that can store great amount of energy. currently the best storage of energy is lithium ion, a chemical. chemical engineers are needed in the modern era.
