Have you ever posted a discussion on Mylot and then regretted it?

There were a couple of discussions that I started when I first came here that I wanted to delete, not out of regrets so much but rather because nobody commented on them Since they were what was on my mind at the moment or I thought the discussions would be good I don't regret posting any of the discussions I started. But, I do think it would be nice if there was a way to delete discussions

Yes, once when what I wrote wasn't being interpreted correctly for how I meant it. People started responding, totally missing what I was meaning to say. It was around the time mylot was delete happy, so I contacted the mylot admin. and asked them to delete my discussion. And they did.

Not yet. I normally stick to pretty safe topics for my discussions. You can ask myLot to delete a discussion if you are really regretting it.

Oh yes I have posted a few and then thought after that it was a pretty bad idea, but of course nothing can be done about it! I just do not think about it and I will respond and mark best response as quick as possible so that I can forget about it!

Not really because I dont rant, but there have been a few discussions that I didnt get any responses to that I wish I could delete or a discussion that I wish I could make some correction's I really wish mylot would add a new option for its members to delete a discussion if they choose to do so.

Hi there beautyqueen26! There have been times when I posted certain discussions that I regretted. These are times when I talked about people whom I feared might suddenly join myLot and would read about my rants and the like. But of course since I do not lie, I need not worry if they see my discussions. However, I would definitely want a delete or undo button. It would be very helpful for us all. Happy posting!

Yes, that has happened to me before a few times but now i am more carefull I usually respond to alot more discussions than I actually start.

Yes I know how you feel. I have done that and the same with posts. The number of times I have pushed the send button and then though oh I should have said ... Sometimes I will add another post to say what I forgot but you cannot undo or edit once it is posted.

No, I am yet to regret any discussions I have posted Most of the stuff I post is not personal, maybe if I was posting personal stuff like some do, I'd want to delete those incase anyone I know ever came across them

Yes, i have many discussion that i want to delete, specially to those have very few responses and discussion that already been discuss by other member. I wish there is the thing edit so you could atleast edit it even if you cant delete it. I also wish there is a tab for mylot admin to ask question, or to report voilation or to ask favor to them to do things for you, so that it is easier for us to adress it to them. And one more thing i wish there is a list of discussion post before you could postit by just posting only the tag of a discussion to avoid repeation of discussion.
