I would much rather read a book. I can get totally immersed (sp?) in a book and let my imagination run wild. I just don't get the same level of interaction with tv.

my mother is just like you, in fact her neck is bad due to her reading,she now has to prop it up high to read.

Definetely a book. Im a book freak and prefer readiing to a lot of other stuff as well.

I prefer book.read can help me think.sometimes watching tv don't need to think a lot,you jist receive something from a machine.finally you become a machine.

Both a book let's you create a character or setting in you minds eye. But I enjoy watching a movie. I love film, I completely involve myself in the story...
