The greatest question of all...how?

we've been hearing advices anywhere...live your life to the fullest...forget everything..problems, worries, doubts..instead, be happy and live your life to the fullest...it is easy to tell but kind of difficult to understand how well can we live our life to the fullest?? know yourself? know everything that can make you happy? know what's going to keep you moving?...but, what really is the essence of all these?

I believe in living life to the fullest. You never know what tomorrow can bring. I enjoy my time with my husband and son and count my blessings. I am still a young woman but I know that time goes by fast.
Life can be a very fleeting thing and it is important to enjoy things while we are here. I believe that my son brings me the most joy.
