My friend is ill. Should I give my sincere regards to her?

My friend mentioned in her space that she has been ill. When I asked her what happened, she didn't really answer me. Should I go on asking her about that? Should i give my sincere regards to her? I think that she doesn't really answer me may mean that she won't let me know about her illness. but i am really concered about her.

Tell her you're worried about her and that you're there for her to talk with if she feels the need. It will probably make her feel better even if she doesn't open up to you.
