What will you do if the teachers' teaching method turns you off? Will you go to sleep? if you sleep, will you be punished? What will the teacher punish you to do? i am a teacher. I want to collect some ideas about the influence of teacher's teaching method on students.

I think it would still be my duty to take interest in the lesson and do my best to study on my own. The fact that the teachers method is boring does not allow me to do whatever I want in class. I had teachers who have put me off some subjects due to their teaching method. Looking back I know it is my fault that I did not stduy harder. © ronaldinu 2008

I won't be much use to you. Because whatever teaching style I'm exposed to, I force myself to adapt to it because I want to learn. Or in elementary and high school, I had to learn. It's just something you must put up with.
Thinking back, I liked teachers who were strict and didn't put up with any nonsense like passing notes (can you tell how old I am by that remark?! ) or talking to each other. My favorite teachers controlled the class and yet encouraged discussion but demanded people be civil. No cursing, no disrespect to others was allowed.
